What people actually do

Geeleem is a set of everyday actions: joining, booking, gathering, meeting, paying, and asking for help. Operators turn on what the community needs. Members only see what they are allowed to use.

1

Join & belong

People arrive as guests, applicants, or invited colleagues. They pick a membership, join a team, and put a face and a short story on their profile. The community can welcome them with a path that matches how you actually onboard — not a one-size form that dumps everyone into the same hallway.

Teams matter. A studio sharing a floor should share credits and bookings without pretending they are one person. Individuals still keep their own place in the room.

2

Use the space

Book a meeting room by the hour or a studio by the day. Hold a locker. Sit at a café table. Tap a card at the door. Connect to member Wi‑Fi. See working hours when presence is part of the culture.

If someone has a room of their own, they can live with it in a simple way — lights on, door open — without calling facilities for every small thing.

3

Gather

Publish events people can actually find. Collect interest before you print a poster. Take registrations, issue tickets, seat members first, and offer discounts that match real relationships — a member rate, a partner code, a phone that already belongs.

Online, in the room, or both. The point is a full house and a guest list you trust when the doors open.

4

Meet each other

Communities die when they are only a reception desk. Geeleem gives people groups and posts, a way to follow what they care about, badges for being useful, and business pages so a member company is not an anonymous door on the third floor.

Perks turn belonging into something you can spend: a coffee, a discount, a guest pass — claimed without another app.

5

Pay & get paid

Memberships, credits, and wallets so a room-hour is not an awkward cash conversation. A shop for products and services the community already believes in. Payments that fit how you collect money today.

When you sell for real, Geeleem supports tax-compliant invoicing — the documents a business or a community must issue — without sending people to a second accounting island.

6

Get help

A broken lock, a billing question, a task for the afternoon shift: they should not live in a private chat that the next person cannot see. Members open a request. Teams assign work, set a priority, and close the loop.

Quiet operations are a feature. People notice when help arrives, not when a board is “well configured.”

For operators

You choose the house rules

Access is for people who may enter. Membership is for people who have purchased or earned a deeper seat. Quotas — room hours, credits, usage — can sit on a person or on a team. Tools someone should not see simply stay out of their way.

Install what this community needs. Leave the rest off. Add more later without pretending you are migrating to a new product.

Also in the room

  • An assistant that can help members in language they already use.
  • Telegram, when the community already lives there.
  • Pages and a public voice for the community, when you want a shop window as well as a house.
